I ● Companionship

The companion presents his/er analysis project and learns how to do it during long working sessions (4h) with a trainer member of the ARTbio platform.

The objective is that the companion learns the methods of analysis while achieving his/er own, in an approach similar to that implemented in the companionship of artisans. The companion  achieves a good level of autonomy through the companionship.

Companionship can be easily performed in videoconference (2h-sessions) during the Covid-19 crisis, or latter on !

II ● ARTbio analysis

The user(s) meet(s) the ARTbio staff, discuss the goals and the road map of an analysis project, and review the available datasets.

The ARTbio staff performs the analysis, has frequent progress meetings with the user(s) to exchange on intermediary results and encountered issues, and delivers results and figures as well as an analysis report which can serves for writing the materials & methods section of a manuscript.

III ● Collaboration

The user(s) meet(s) the ARTbio staff, discuss the goals and the road map of an analysis project, and review the available datasets.

The ARTbio staff works in close interaction with the user(s), has progress meetings on a regular weekly basis and extensively participate to the writing of all sections of a scientific manuscript for publication.
